Hiring – Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune
Employment: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field + Office)
Timing: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B business through field visits, cold calling & networking
- Meet clients across housing societies, builders, industries, corporates, hotels, hospitals & institutions
- Conduct product presentations & demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups and close sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for site visits & installations
- Maintain sales activity and customer records

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Lighting, Electrical,



Industrial Products, Automation, HVAC, Security Systems, Building Materials or similar industries preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Robust negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have a valid two-wheeler licence & own two-wheeler

Travel: Pune city only
Petrol allowance for official travel
