We are expanding our network of Independent Referral Partners & Real Estate Agents for Dubai Real Estate.

No Fixed Salary | Commission Based Only

If you already have experience in real estate and have access to genuine buyers, you can work with us on a referral-based model.

How It Works

* You bring us genuine and qualified buyer leads for Dubai real estate.

* Our team will coordinate with you and take the lead forward.

* The lead will be verified and qualified before being processed.

* If your referred client successfully purchases a property and the transaction is closed, you will receive a referral commission as per the agreed terms.

* You are responsible for sourcing the buyer and maintaining the initial relationship with the client.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

* Have 2+ years of real estate experience

* Understand how to communicate and deal with property buyers

* Can independently source genuine Dubai property buyers

* Have a robust network, database or referral base

* Can professionally handle the initial client conversation

* Understand that lead generation and finding the genuine buyer is your responsibility

This is not a lead-providing job. You bring the buyer; we provide the Dubai inventory, developer network and transaction support.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
