JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Planning: Developing detailed production schedules for APIs/Formulations based on demand forecasts.

Inventory Management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).

Demand Forecasting: Analyzing market trends to predict product demand and planning production.

Resource Planning: Managing manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets.

Supplier Coordination: Coordinating with Procurement and vendors for timely material procurement.

Finished Goods Control: Monitoring FG dispatch to meet customer requirements and distribution targets.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to CGMP and Regulatory guidelines; Preparing PPIC reports.

Business Development & Sales: Driving business growth through TENDER, GOVERNMENT, DEFENCE, and INSTITUTIONAL sectors.

Candidate Qualification: Graduated with a relevant degree or MBA in Marketing and Sales.

Qualified Experience Required:

A proven track record with 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in Business Development and Sales across TENDER, GOVERNMENT, DEFENCE, and INSTITUTIONAL markets.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹32,563.62 per month
