Nexinven is looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Development Associate and gain practical experience in sales, client communication, and business development.

Program Details

- Hindi and English languages are compulsory (any other regional languages is a plus)
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Hours: 4 hours/day
- Timing: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM & 3:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Additional Earnings: Performance-Based Commission

- Certificate + Experience Letter: Provided as per applicable program requirements

Compensation Structure

- Initial Phase —First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month fixed compensation
- Post-Initial Phase: ₹8,000/month fixed compensation

What You'll Do

- Learn about Nexinven and its services.
- Understand and practice the provided sales approach.
- Contact assigned business prospects.
- Explain relevant services and understand client requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Generate and convert business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of calls and outcomes.
- Selection & Practical Assessment

Our selection process focuses on practical sales ability, not just interview
performance.

Stage 1 — Learn & Prepare

You will receive our company profile, service portfolio, sales material, FAQs, and
sample sales scripts.

Take the required time to understand and practice the material. You can practice
multiple times before requesting the assessment.

Stage 2 — Readiness Confirmation

Once you are confident that you understand our services and are ready to demonstrate
your sales ability, you can confirm:





"I am ready for the practical assessment."

Stage 3 — Practical Sales Assessment

Nexinven will provide a limited set of verified business leads for the assessment.

You will contact the assigned prospects, present our relevant services, handle
basic objections, follow up, and attempt to generate genuine business.

Your performance will be evaluated on:

- Service

- Sales approach
- Follow-up
- Conversion/business

- Professionalism
- Ethical conduct

Stage 4 — Reattempt Prospect (3 attempts in total allowed)

- If you do not meet the required performance level in the first attempt, you may be given additional preparation, feedback, and further assessment opportunities, subject to management approval.

Stage 5 — Interview & Final Selection

- Candidates who successfully demonstrate the required practical capability will proceed to the final interview and selection process. We believe in "Proof Before Payroll" — demonstrate your ability first, then move forward with the company.
