Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage order processing and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses
- Ensure timely delivery of all customer orders
- Handle returns (RTO) and resolve delivery-related issues
- Maintain logistics data, reports, and dashboards
- Resolve operational escalations efficiently
- Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics / supply chain (preferably D2C)
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
- Experience with courier aggregators (like Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.) is a plus
- Good knowledge of order management and inventory systems
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
