We are looking for a creative and dependable Graphic Designer who can also handle basic-to-intermediate video editing for reels and other short videos.

Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality visual communication across social media, digital campaigns, packaging designs and offline marketing materials.

You will also be expected to create and edit short-form videos, reels and other social media video content.

This is a hands-on role which requires candidates with at least 6 months of experience. You should be comfortable taking a brief, understanding the objective, developing a creative approach and delivering the final artwork/video with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and promotional creatives
- Design flyers, brochures, standees, backdrops, posters, banners and other offline marketing collateral
- Create artwork for events, campaigns and promotional activities
- Work on product packaging and label designs
- Adapt designs across different sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency
- Work with existing brand guidelines and develop creative concepts where required
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
- Maintain organised and editable source files





Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels / social media videos
- Create videos using provided footage; generate videos from images using AI tools, text and music
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles and basic effects
- Create videos suitable for different social media formats
- Repurpose longer videos into shorter social-media-friendly content
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand the objective of each video.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team and Client Success Coordinator to understand creative requirements
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into effective visual communication
- Work on multiple projects while managing deadlines
- Take ownership of assigned creative projects from brief to final delivery
- Stay updated with current design trends, content and social media trends
- Explore AI tools and new creative workflows to improve productivity and output

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
