Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Electrical to manage electrical maintenance, operations, and day-to-day electrical activities. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage electrical teams and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day electrical operations and maintenance.
- Supervise electricians and electrical maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Monitor electrical panels, wiring, DG, motors, machines, and other systems.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, and electrical activities.




- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical work.
- Monitor electrical consumption and identify opportunities for cost saving.
- Ensure availability of electrical tools, spares, and materials.
- Support management in electrical projects and improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team handling and leadership ability.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering .

Experience

5-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, operations, manufacturing, facilities, or a similar role.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
