Role: Production Head
We're looking for someone to lead our factory floor — supervising the candy-making team (masters and Packing Staffs), tracking daily output against targets, and making sure every order goes out with the right quality grade and packaging/label for that customer.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production — assign work across masters, breakers, fillers, sealers, and packers based on the day's orders
- Track daily output vs. targets for each worker/stage and report shortfalls
- Ensure each order meets the correct quality grade and label/packaging spec before dispatch (premium retail, wholesale, or private-label orders each have different standards)
- Maintain production and stock registers (raw material usage, batch tracking, worker attendance)
- Coordinate with the order/dispatch team on packaging material and delivery timelines
- Enforce hygiene, safety,



and quality standards on the floor

Requirements:

- Physically fit — role involves supervising floor work, lifting, and staying on your feet through production hours
- Basic mathematics — able to calculate quantities, targets, and stock counts accurately
- Basic English/Tamil reading and writing — able to fill daily registers and understand straightforward instructions
- Prior experience in a food production, sweets, or manufacturing unit preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to manage and coordinate a small team

Location: Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu (on-site, factory floor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
