Job Overview:

Looking for enthusiastic Junior Sales Executives with excellent communication skills and a passion for
IT Services Sales. MBA/ BBA in Sales & Marketing candidates with AI knowledge and willingness to
travel are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, researching potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
- Participate in client meetings, sales visits, webinars, conferences, and networking events (Pan India).
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM/ATS tools.
- Stay updated on IT services, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills:





- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development; fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in sales can also apply.
- MBA/ BBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Development is preferred.
- AI-driven mindset and familiarity with AI tools/solutions will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales event (Pan India).
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to build a career in sales
