Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set CNC Turning / CNC Lathe / VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, job loading/unloading, and program selection.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining instructions.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets, cutting parameters, and tool compensation.
- Perform tool changing and ensure proper tool life management.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Gauges.
- Monitor machining parameters and maintain required dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and rectify basic machining and setting-related problems.
- Check surface finish, dimensions, and quality of machined components.
- Make minor program/offset corrections wherever required.




- Maintain production targets, cycle times, and quality standards.
- Record production, rejection, tool consumption, and inspection details.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of machines and work areas.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and setting.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC machining processes.
- Understanding of G-code and M-code.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tool geometry, and machining parameters.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and GD&T; basics.
- Good knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot dimensional and machining issues.
- Knowledge of production and quality control procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
