Position

Designation: Diploma Engineer / Junior Engineer – Manufacturing
Location: Hosur & Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Fresher – 1 Years
Education: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics or related disciplines
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Assist the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Identify and report production, quality or process-related issues.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and production records.
- Support continuous improvement and 5S activities on the shop floor.
- Learn and understand manufacturing processes, tools, equipment and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with up to 1 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Positive problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
