Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, develop dealer relationships, generate new business, and expand the customer network across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project sites.
- Generate current business and develop new dealer/customer relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen existing dealer accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote products, new launches, and company schemes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely deliveries.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit, sales, and collection reports.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, hardware, paints, sanitaryware, ceramics, interior products, or construction products preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales and target-achievement mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
