Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Telecaller to join our team at Star Bottles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with prospective and existing customers, maintaining customer information, and supporting the sales team through effective telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending customer requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and enquiries.
- Maintain good customer relationships through regular follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.




- Perform other telecalling and CRM-related duties as assigned.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and skilled telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Male/Female candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
