SA FAIRS is looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to build and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, content creation, reels and brand storytelling, with an interest in architecture and interior design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram & LinkedIn/ various social media platforms
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Work closely with our video editor team.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos.
- Visit project sites to shoot content, project progress, design details and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Turn our architecture and interior projects into compelling stories and content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and emerging content formats.
- Develop strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.




- Track social media analytics and optimise content based on performance.
- Brainstorm campaigns and creative ideas to strengthen the SA FAIRS brand.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
- Robust understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form content.
- Good communication, storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Creative eye with an understanding of architecture, interiors, design or luxury brands.
- Proactive, trend-aware and comfortable working with creative teams.

Preferred: Experience with an architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brand.
