Agonda Palm Beach Resort is hiring All-Rounder Chefs / Cooks and Kitchen Helpers for our beachfront restaurant, The Rolling Sea, in Agonda, South Goa.

Our restaurant serves a mix of Goan, Indian, Continental/International, Indo-Chinese and seafood dishes. We are looking for hardworking team members who are comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced kitchen.

Important – Seasonal Position

These are seasonal positions and not year-round employment.

Our resort operates during Goa's tourist season, generally from September/October until the end of May or beginning of June. The resort closes during the monsoon period.

Good performers may be offered the opportunity to return for the following season, subject to requirements and mutual agreement.

All-Rounder Chef / Cook

We are looking for chefs who can work across multiple sections of the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing Indian, Goan, Continental and Indo-Chinese dishes
- Handling breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Preparing seafood, chicken, meat and vegetarian dishes
- Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
- Maintaining proper mise-en-place
- Supporting different kitchen sections during busy service
- Controlling food wastage and maintaining proper storage
- Following FIFO and food hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations




- Working closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff

Preferred Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a hotel, resort, restaurant or similar kitchen.

Kitchen Helper

We are also looking for hardworking Kitchen Helpers to support our chefs.

Responsibilities include:

- Vegetable cleaning, cutting and basic food preparation
- Assisting chefs with mise-en-place
- Cleaning and organising kitchen work areas
- Proper storage of ingredients
- Receiving and arranging kitchen supplies
- Assisting during busy service
- Following hygiene and food-safety procedures
- Helping the kitchen team wherever required

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but candidates who are hardworking, willing to learn and comfortable working in a busy kitchen may also apply.
