Main responsibilities

- Maintain the workplace and working environment that support work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guideline/rules/regulations and RC requirement.
- Ensure the scrap from production is well management by cleanliness with secure condition.
- Implement and maintain BASF (Thai) Quality policy in warehouse department.
- Maintain record keeping systems for work related to delivery of finished goods with article numbers, date and lot numbers.
- Arrange invoices and relevant documents for domestic customer’s shipment.
- Fill Delivery Order (DO) for distributed products to ship and create Transportation Mode (TM) in system to completed delivery process.
- Log and documents all the goods movements, including handling the documents to the relevant units.
- Prepare shipping orders for finished products to determine type and quantity of articles.
- Arrange order requisition for Direct shipment product.
- Read shipping orders of finished products to determine type and quantity of items to be moved for distribution process and shipped,



including prioritizing orders depending on the availability of stock, First-in First-out (FIFO) criteria and container truck loading priority.
- Shipping and delivery tracking including following-up on shipping documents and dispatch to customer if required, coordinate with Logistics and /or 3rd party Logistics service providers on delivery arrangements to customers.
- Assist in annual physical inventory/ stock audit.
- Enter data for quantities of materials/ products issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and shipment into computer database.
- Provide the GLM Label.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities related to distributing products according to the guidance from supervisor and the procedure manual in order to help ensure the accuracy of timely and accurate distribution of the stored items with on-time delivery base on First-in First-out (FIFO) criteria.
- Responsible area: Warehouse building, Scrap.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant materials management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and inventory management.
- Good command of English.
- Good computer skills.
