Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, pharmacies, healthcare professionals and relevant channel partners.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand brand presence in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate orders and strengthen business relationships.
- Promote products using product presentations, marketing materials, schemes and other resources provided by the company.
- Identify new retailers, distributors and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors, customer requirements and product demand.
- Ensure product availability and monitor market movement and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, calls, orders and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and management team for smooth order processing and customer support.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with backgrounds in:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Life Science, Biology or related fields
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm
- Nutrition / Healthcare / Life Science-related qualifications
- Other relevant graduation degrees with strong sales potential may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Experience

only 2+ year experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates with prior experience in:

- Pharmaceutical sales
- Nutraceutical sales
- Healthcare sales
- FMCG / Wellness sales
- Medical Representative (MR) roles
- Pharmacy / Distributor sales
- Business Development / Field Sales

will be preferred.

Job Location

Haryana / NCR

This is a field sales and travelling role. Candidates should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and profile.

Additional performance-based incentives will be provided based on achievement.

Candidate Requirements
