Ltd. is a manufacturing and fabrication company with a 20,000 sq.ft. facility equipped with CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake, TIG Welding, Pipe Bending and Sheet Metal Fabrication capabilities. We provide fabrication and job work services across Delhi NCR and PAN India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive who has prior experience in the fabrication, sheet metal, engineering, industrial manufacturing, machinery, HVAC, electrical panel, elevator, kitchen equipment, or related B2B industries.

The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified enquiries, connecting with purchase departments, production managers and business owners, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to industrial companies and manufacturers.

- Generate enquiries for CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding and Fabrication Services.

- Identify and connect with Purchase Managers, Factory Managers and Production Heads.

- Send company profiles, catalogues and service information via WhatsApp and Email.

- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

- Follow up with prospects regularly until conversion.

- Schedule meetings and factory visits for the management team.

- Build and maintain a database of industrial customers across Delhi NCR and PAN India.





- Coordinate with management regarding quotations and customer requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- Sheet Metal Fabrication

- CNC Laser Cutting

- Stainless Steel Fabrication

- Industrial Manufacturing

- Electrical Panel Industry

- Elevator Industry

- HVAC Industry

- Kitchen Equipment Industry

- Machinery Manufacturing

- Engineering Products

- Architectural Metal Works

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

- Basic English communication and email drafting.

- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

- Ability to generate B2B industrial leads.

- Understanding of industrial sales processes will be an advantage.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation or Industrial Sales.

- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in fabrication or manufacturing industries.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

- Attractive performance incentives on qualified leads, meetings and converted orders.

- 100+ Calls Per Day

- 50+ WhatsApp Follow-ups Per Day

- 20+ Qualified Leads Per Month

- 10+ Meetings Scheduled Per Month

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
