In this role, you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in Kannada through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer records and interaction details.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Eligibility





- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
