Role: Intern – CEO's Office (Healthcare Institutions Establishment Projects)

Location: Patna, Bihar Stipend: ₹10,000/month (consolidated) Type: Internship (full-time, in-office)

About the Role This internship offers direct exposure to the CEO's Office at QCS, working closely on projects related to the establishment of healthcare institutions — including nursing colleges and medical college accreditation — across Bihar. The intern will support regulatory research, documentation, coordination with promoters/trusts, and project tracking for live consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation (proposals, compliance checklists, regulatory submissions) for healthcare institution establishment projects
- Support research on regulatory requirements (INC, BNRC, NMC/state medical council norms,



land and infrastructure norms, etc.)
- Coordinate with client trusts/societies, government departments, and internal teams to track project milestones
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and status reports for the CEO's review
- Support drafting of correspondence, presentations, and MIS reports
- Assist with site visit coordination and due diligence documentation as required
- Provide general administrative and research support to the CEO's Office

Who Should Apply

- Graduates/postgraduates (or final-year students) in healthcare management, hospital administration, law, business administration, public policy, or related fields
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; research-oriented mindset
- Interest in healthcare regulatory affairs, education infrastructure, or institution-building projects
- Based in or willing to relocate to Patna for the internship duration
