Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the sales team in our furniture mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading and inspiring team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide premium buying experiences.
- Ensure proper product displays, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, and Installation teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in furniture, retail, lifestyle, or home décor sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Industry

Furniture, Interior Design, Home Décor, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle Retail, or Consumer Durables.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
