Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Maintenance

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, and other electrical systems.
- Maintain electrical panels, MCC, control circuits, contactors, relays, and switches.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.

2. Machine & Equipment Maintenance

- Carry out electrical maintenance of CNC machines, SPMs, production equipment, and other plant machinery.
- Support troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, servo motors, and automation systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of recent machines and equipment.

3. Preventive Maintenance

- Execute preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify recurring problems and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

4. Safety & Compliance





- Follow all electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and standards.
- Report unsafe conditions, electrical hazards, and incidents immediately.

5. Continuous Improvement & Housekeeping

- Support TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain proper 5S and housekeeping standards in the maintenance area.
- Suggest improvements to reduce machine breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of electrical spare parts.

Qualification

- ITI – Electrician
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or precision engineering industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
