Job Description
We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our immigration consultancy office in Sector 22C, Chandigarh.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to understand clients' requirements and guide them regarding suitable visa and immigration options.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding study visas, work permits, visitor visas, and immigration programs.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable visa options.
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, eligibility, and timelines clearly.
- Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-office meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on applications.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
- Provide a professional and positive client experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional client-handling personality.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Prior experience in immigration/visa consultancy will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to work full-time from the office.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
