Job Description: Accounts Executive – Taxation & Receivables.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage taxation, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage GST, TDS and other taxation compliances, reconciliations and filings.
- Handle customer invoicing, receipts and accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with sales head for timely collections.
- Prepare and maintain receivable ageing reports and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Pass sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.




- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify GST input/output transactions and maintain proper tax records.
- Assist in monthly closing, audits and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with customers, auditors, tax consultants and internal teams.

Requirements:

- B. Com/M. Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian taxation.
- Hands-on experience in SAP B1 and MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
