An HVAC Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, parts, and site materials. They negotiate vendor contracts, analyze project bills of quantities (BOQ), and ensure cost-effective, timely material delivery for engineering projects and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Procurement: Procure major HVAC systems (chillers, VRF units, AHUs, split/cassette ACs) and project consumables (copper piping, ducting, insulation, dampers, grills).
- Quotations & Analysis: Review technical specifications and BOQs, float inquiries, gather vendor quotes, and prepare comparative statements.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local and national suppliers.
- Order Processing & Tracking: Issue accurate purchase orders (POs), track shipments daily, and coordinate with site engineers for smooth on-site delivery.
- Billing & Reconciliation: Verify vendor invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills against POs before handing them over to the accounts department.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
