The Roles and Responsibilities

Having Knowledge of continental Cuisine.

Role Description: Preparation of food. Must have knowledge all recipes and ingredient.

Minimum Educational qualification: Any

Maximum Educational Qualifications: Graduate (Hotel or Hospitality Management)

Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, preferably from a commi-1 or2

Compulsory:

1. Manage kitchen operations in the F&B; section of the retail store

2. Hands of experience in making Salad, Shakes, and Continental

3. Commi level chef knowledge-cummi-1orn2

4. Manage kitchen stock and inventory

5. Communicate with customers and colleagues

Maintain customer-centric service orientation

7. Maintain a standard of etiquette and hospitable conduct

8. Follow gender and age-sensitive service practices

9.. Maintain IPR of organization and customer

10. Maintain health and hygiene

11. Maintain safety in the workplace
