- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (EdTech preferred)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Location: Bengalore

*Key Responsibilities*

- * Make outbound calls to assigned leads and introduce i2Global’s services.
- * Counsel prospective clients regarding education programs, franchise opportunities, and training courses.
- * Identify qualified prospects and schedule virtual meetings with the Business Development Manager.
- * Handle lead objections and provide regular status updates to the sales team.
- * Maintain accurate lead details, call remarks, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
- * Achieve daily and monthly calling and qualification targets.




- * Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handling.
- * Candidate Requirements
- * Excellent communication and listening skills.
- * Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- * Basic knowledge of CRM or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- * Fluent in English and at least one regional language. Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred.
- * Frequent job changes are not preferred; a minimum of 1 year in the current/previous role is preferred.
- * Career break should not exceed 6 months.
