About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the immigration and overseas services industry.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable services. You will be responsible for handling qualified leads provided by the company and converting them into successful sales.

Training will be provided, but candidates must have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand the client's requirements and recommend suitable immigration, overseas job, visa, or study abroad services.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and explain company services clearly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the senior sales team for closures and customer support.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.




- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident in handling customer objections.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, immigration consultancy, study abroad, education counselling, or customer handling is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
