Manage overall store operations and inventory management for the cinema theatre.

Handle and maintain stock of F&B; materials, consumables, packaging materials and other store items.

Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers and closing balances.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.

Follow proper FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and expiry.

Coordinate with F&B; and operations teams for daily stock requirements.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and identify shortages or excess stock.

Maintain proper documentation for purchase, receiving and stock issuing.

Ensure the store is clean, organized and follows safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Candidate

Previous experience in cinema, QSR, restaurant, supermarket or retail stores.





Experience handling F&B; stock and inventory is preferred.

Candidates with experience using Vista software will be preferred.

Experience in organizations such as KFC, large supermarkets, QSRs or high-volume retail stores is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of stock control, inventory records and basic computer operations.

Robust attention to detail and responsibility for stock accuracy.
