Job Title: Café Cashier

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer billing and payments through cash, cards, and digital payment methods.
- Operate the POS/billing system accurately.
- Generate bills, receipts, refunds, and cancellations as per café policy.
- Maintain daily cash records and ensure cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Coordinate with café staff regarding customer orders and billing.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- Monitor and report any payment discrepancies to the manager.
- Support basic customer service and order-taking when required.
- Follow company policies for cash handling and food service operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Basic computer and numerical skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
