We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals (or groups) navigating emotional, social, or mental health challenges. Your goal will be to foster a secure, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to work toward personal growth and wellness.

- Conduct individual or group therapy sessions tailored to client needs and treatment plans.
- Perform initial assessments to identify mental health concerns, goals.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+years of experience in a clinical, school, or private practice setting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ethics: A deep understanding of patient confidentiality and professional boundarie

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
