Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, breakdown, and maintenance.
· Track engineer performance, job allocation, and completion status.
· Manage spare parts requirement, availability, and dispatch coordination.
· Handle Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
· Track Corrective Requests (CR) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
· Ensure timely service closure and adherence to SLAs.
· Manage AMC renewals and generate current AMC business.
· Maintain AMC database and service schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
