Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
- Prepare, control, and update QMS documents, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
- Handle internal and external audits, customer audits, and certification audits.
- Monitor CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with departments for process standardization and system implementation.
- Maintain calibration records, audit reports, and quality documentation.
- Conduct QMS training and awareness programs for employees.
- Support customer complaint handling and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor KPI data and prepare MIS reports related to quality systems.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, and QMS documentation.
- Good understanding of audit processes and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, and PDCA.
- Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Quality Engineering.

Experience

- 3 to 7 years of experience in QMS in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
