Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Metal QC professional with 4–9 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing and metal quality inspection. The candidate will be responsible for checking the quality, purity, finishing, and workmanship of jewellery metals.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect jewellery and metal components for quality and workmanship.
- Check gold, silver, and other jewellery metals as per required standards.
- Verify metal purity and quality.
- Identify defects, damages, finishing issues, and manufacturing errors.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of jewellery production.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Maintain QC inspection reports and records.
- Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct final quality checks before products are dispatched.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of rejected or defective items.
Required Skills
- 4–9 years of experience in Metal QC / Jewellery Quality Control.
- Experience in jewellery manufacturing or the jewellery industry.
- Positive knowledge of gold, silver, and other precious metals.
- Understanding of metal purity and quality standards.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and inspection skills.
- Ability to identify manufacturing and finishing defects.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
