Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and participate in sales webinars to engage prospective customers.
- Present travel packages, holiday destinations, and offers effectively during webinars.
- Generate and qualify leads through webinar sessions and digital channels.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget, preferences, and timelines.
- Recommend suitable holiday packages based on customer needs.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations and travel teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business/referrals.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in travel sales, tele-sales, inside sales, webinar sales, or related roles is preferred.




- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking to customers online and over the phone.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and energetic approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Capable of handling multiple leads and follow-ups.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
