About the Role

Cybeorgs is looking for a Legal Assistant to support our legal and compliance team in legal drafting, case preparation, and filing of new cases. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of legal procedures and strong drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal notices, petitions, complaints, affidavits and other legal documents.
- Assist in preparation and filing of new cases before courts and relevant authorities.
- Conduct basic legal research and case-law research.
- Prepare case-related documents and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with advocates, clients and court-related personnel.
- Track case filings, hearing dates and procedural requirements.
- Assist the legal team with day-to-day legal and documentation work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned legal tasks.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.
- Understanding of court procedures and case filing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research legal provisions and case laws.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- LL.B / B.L. qualification preferred.
- Freshers with good drafting skills may also be considered.
