We're looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that advertising is not just about running campaigns.
At Yugen, performance marketing sits alongside brand strategy, creative and communication.
You'll work with strategists and creative teams to build campaigns that aren't only optimised for clicks and conversions, but are rooted in a explicit understanding of the audience, proposition, creative and business objective.
- Plan, launch and manage paid digital campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign structures based on marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience and competitor research.
- Develop targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets.
- Analyse CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
