About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Project Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day project execution activities at the site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, contractors and site teams while ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily project execution activities at the site.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, site engineers and internal project teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned timeline.

Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts and technical specifications.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools and equipment according to site requirements.

Coordinate with purchase, stores and office teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Supervise fabrication, installation and other mechanical site activities.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.

Identify site-related technical or execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Prepare and share daily/weekly site progress reports with the project team.





Maintain proper records of site activities, material requirements and work progress.

Coordinate with contractors and ensure manpower and work are properly planned.

Ensure site safety procedures, discipline and housekeeping are maintained.

Communicate project requirements, delays and important updates to management.

Required Skills

Strong site supervision and project execution skills.

Good knowledge of mechanical projects and fabrication/installation work.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong team handling and leadership skills.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Excellent follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage work according to project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

3–5 years of relevant experience in site execution/project supervision.

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in industrial, engineering, fabrication or manufacturing projects will be preferred.

Candidate should be comfortable working at a Pune project site.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
