Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiation and offer-to-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring trackers.
- Handle multiple requirements and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.




- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates who can easily commute to Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹35,000.00 per month
