We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with good knowledge of German car spare parts to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of German car brands and spare parts, be able to identify parts using online/catalogue systems, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle counter sales and assist customers with their spare parts requirements.
- Attend incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the correct spare parts information.
- Identify and cross-check spare parts using parts catalogues and online systems.
- Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing and availability information.
- Communicate professionally with customers, garages, workshops, and suppliers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good long-term customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales, and follow-ups.

Requirements





- Good knowledge of German car spare parts is required.
- Knowledge of brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Skoda, and MINI is preferred.
- Must know how to check and identify spare parts using catalogues/online parts systems.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be confident in attending phone calls and dealing with customers.
- Experience in automotive spare parts sales will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
