We are looking for passionate people to work with us as Daycare Teachers.

The primary role of the Day Care Teacher will be to develop and manage the Day Care program to ensure a safe, stimulating environment for children.

The Day Care Teacher may develop academically and physically invigorating daily programs, recruit and supervise Day Care Staff, and manage the administration of the Day Care program.

The Day Care Teacher will play a major role in supervising and leading the children through their daily activities.

She will also report to the principal of the school, regarding particular issues.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervising Children in the Day Care (Crucial)

Supervise children throughout the day including: personal hygiene, activities, clothing, eating(and finishing food).

Provide opportunities for various activities including resting time

Implement positive discipline when needed

Creating and Implementing Daily Programs

Plan activities that will meet the social, academic, and physical needs of children

Provide appropriate equipment such as toys and beds

Develop a meal/snack plan depending on the center.





Managing the Administration of the Program

Reporting to the principal of the school regarding parent complaints, enquiries, handling fees,etc.

Keep parents informed of children’s progress or setbacks.

Create confidentialstudent files.

Monitor the Day Care budget.

-Develop statistics regarding the number of kids, cost of operation, etc.

To do this, all we need are people with the following attributes:

Child safety/ development practices

Procedures to ensure children are secure at all times

Children activities, etc

Previous experience of handling children

Problem solving

Decision making

Energetic; it can be back breaking work running after the little ones.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
