We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounts, record-keeping, and assisting in financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable transactions.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related queries.
- Assist senior accountants in audits and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Tally/ERP is a plus.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
