Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, contact prospective customers, promote real estate projects, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, locations, prices, amenities, and offers to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Executive regarding customer appointments and site visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Update customer information in CRM/software or company records.
- Maintain valuable relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and other marketing activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications





- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in real estate telemarketing or sales is an advantage.

- Number of calls made.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled.
- Follow-up conversion rate.
- Sales conversion and monthly targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
