Job Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling – follow-up with Indiamart leads & existing customers
- Manage customer chats (WhatsApp, Indiamart, social media inbox, etc.)
- Respond to inquiries, share product details, and convert leads into sales
- Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assist in basic content posting & engagement activities
- Coordinate with sales and design team for customer requirements
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of social media handling
- Confidence in customer interaction & persuasion
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
