Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Must have hands-on experience in managing accounts for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Solid experience in e-commerce reconciliation, including marketplace settlements, sales reconciliation, payment reconciliation, returns, refunds, commissions, and discrepancies.
- Must be capable of handling bank-related activities, including BRS, NEFT, RTGS, fund transfers, bank statements, drafts, and other day-to-day banking operations.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS reports, and monthly financial statements; Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filings.
- Perform regular account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams for finance-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Must be well-versed in MS Excel (manual Excel work) for reporting, reconciliation, data analysis,



and maintaining financial records.

- Candidate Preference:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably as a Senior Accountant.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Advanced MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, and financial data management.
- Should have good working knowledge of Zoho and be capable of independently handling accounting/finance-related activities through the software.
- Should be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other relevant AI tools for reporting, data analysis, documentation, and improving day-to-day accounting processes.
- Candidates with experience in retail apparel, footwear, manufacturing, or retail businesses will be preferred.
- Experience with well-known/reputed brands or established companies will be an added advantage.
- Should have team-handling experience and the ability to manage and guide junior accounting staff.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
