*1. Job Summary:* The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, customer service, team management, and profitability of the Bata retail store. The role requires strong leadership to drive sales, maintain Bata's brand standards, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. *2. Key Responsibilities:* *A. Sales & Business Operations:* - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs for the store - Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans to increase revenue - Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment - Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation - Execute promotions, offers, and visual merchandising as per company guidelines *B. Customer Service:* - Ensure best-in-class customer service and handle customer complaints/escalations - Train staff on product knowledge (footwear, accessories, footcare) and selling skills - Maintain store grooming standards and customer-friendly atmosphere *C. Team Management:* - Lead, motivate, and schedule a team of Sales Associates and Cashiers - Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance reviews - Handle staff recruitment, attendance,



and discipline in coordination with HR *D. Store Administration & Compliance:* - Maintain store cleanliness, display, and VM standards as per Bata SOPs - Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and safety norms - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports - Manage store security and prevent shrinkage / theft *3. Required Qualifications & Experience:* - Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Retail Management preferred) - 2-3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in footwear / apparel / lifestyle retail - Experience with Bata, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Reliance Footprint, etc. will be an advantage *4. Skills Required:* - Strong leadership and team handling skills - Excellent communication and customer handling skills (English + Local Language + Hindi) - Positive knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems - Sales-driven mindset with target orientation - Basic computer skills - MS Excel, Email, Billing Software

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
