Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer with experience in CNC, VNC, HMC machines, core mechanical/electrical maintenance, and basic PLC troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VNC, HMC, and other industrial machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical machine-related issues.
- Handle basic PLC troubleshooting, I/O checking, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot issues related to motors, drives, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Carry out machine servicing, lubrication, alignment, and component replacement.
- Identify recurring machine problems and support root cause analysis.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain safety standards and follow company maintenance procedures.

Required Skills:





- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of CNC, VNC, and HMC machine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and electrical panels.
- Ability to use basic maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts if required.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of PLC, automation, and industrial control systems.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and breakdown reduction.
- Basic knowledge of robotics and automation will be an added advantage.
