About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our gemstone and diamond business.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling sales enquiries, explaining gemstones and diamond products, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain natural gemstones, diamonds, jewellery, pricing, certification, and product details
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication
- Convert enquiries into successful sales
- Maintain customer details and sales records
- Coordinate with the sales and management team
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gemstones and jewellery
- Handle basic computer and data-entry work
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers

Requirements

- Smart, presentable, confident, and polite personality
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- English – Good communication
- Hindi – Manageable communication
- Tamil – Manageable communication




- Malayalam - Fluent Communication
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, basic Excel, email, and basic computer applications
- Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage
- Experience in gemstones, diamonds, jewellery, or luxury products is an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply
