Department: Sales Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Palghar & Raigad Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives Key Responsibilities: - Daily field visits and market coverage in the assigned territory - Generate fresh enquiries through direct customer visits and prospecting - Meet transporters, fleet owners, businesses and commercial vehicle customers - Understand customer requirements and promote suitable Ashok Leyland LCVs - Follow up enquiries and convert them into bookings and retail sales - Develop relationships with financiers, body builders, brokers and local influencers - Generate references and repeat business from existing customers - Maintain daily lead, follow-up and field activity updates - Achieve assigned monthly enquiry, booking and retail targets Candidate Profile: - 12th Pass / Graduate - 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred - Automobile, Commercial Vehicle, Finance,



Insurance or FMCG field sales experience preferred - Good communication and negotiation skills - Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred - Comfortable with extensive field travel Candidates should be strongly field-oriented, target-driven and comfortable with active market prospecting.
