Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of ORM experience.
- International Social Media Escalation experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Brand Reputation Management and Customer Support.
- Experience handling Twitter/X, Facebook & Instagram escalations.
- Knowledge of Voice of Customer (VoC).
- Excellent written Hindi & English communication skills.
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹36,500.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- International Social Media Escalations: 1 year (Required)
